The PhD application service was more detailed than anywhere else that I was searching for so I decided to go ahead. My feedback is that the Zoom meetings were most useful as it is more personalised that way. If I could make a suggestion, I would offer more sessions so other customers feel they can get more support. That being said, I am now in line for May 2026 at Queen M so I'm happy.

My data analysis chapter was done to a high level. I would say that Ronan was very good on the call as I needed a lot of support with the chapter and that the follow up Zoom meeting was actually more useful as we went through the chapter together ❤️

I would say that generally the application service was detailed and useful. I think there is a lot of back and forth which can be hard to manage but I guess it's better that the service is detailed.
My feedback is that the service was good and the order was well completed. The edit was just right for me as I made it clear I didn't want the content changed. I just needed help with my language and style.

Thank you - the edit was good. I struggle with nuances and my supervisor told me to look for external editing. My friend used you last year so it was easy for me to go ahead. Happy on my part.

The chapter was very well written. I tried to use AI For some of the write up but I always face issues with references. Ronan was clearly a true pro as his work was lucidly written.
My application package went well. I just heard back from Washington! I will be starting in 2026. I just need your help with some paperwork so I will ask my Project Manager to set up another meeting with Maddy. I would definitely recommend to others.
