Thank your team for their help. I have been accepted into KCL and will start in September (2026). As you would like feedback on the application service, I can say (obviously) that it is very good. It took 8 weeks overall so other customers need to keep this in mind, always best to apply early. The service helped me find courses that were available, helped me contact the correct supervisors and build a relationship before submitting the proposal, and I felt that was most important as most supervisors are quite cold when you try to contact them. You were the only company in the UK that I found that didn't outsource internationally so that was important and something customers should know. I am a mature student and try to do as much research myself so this sort of review is important for others to read.
Yes sir, thank you for your work and help. The order was good and the service was strong. My supervisor said that the data analysis is now much better so I should move onto the next chapter soon. I will ask Sherilyn to review it this time.

My literature review was perfect, honestly. I have used another company in the UK but it was clear they outsourced. With your writer, I had a Zoom meeting so that was all I needed really. I think Matt was helpful and very professional. He mentioned he was at Cambridge so I couldn't have asked for more really.
I finally heard back from Melbourne University! I was just accepted so will move onto my visa requirements. Thank you for your follow up messages. I am now starting my PhD in Melbourne but in January 2027 as I needed to sort out funding and my visa requirements. I was referred to you by my friend back home so knew your team would do a good job. The edit was detailed, improved my vocab and I think generally made it stronger. Some of the changes I didn't really understand but English isn't my first language. I will let you know if I get any more feedback from my supervisors.
